“ I was looking for something different to eat and found this restaurant near me. The food was amazing! Fresh ingredients prepared right there. I did have to wait a little but boy was it worth it!!! I had a Reina pepiada and it was absolutely delicious!!! I am going back next Sunday to try something different! The owners were very sweet! I highly recommend this restaurant! They definitely have a new customer!!!! ”
“ Overall my experience was great. If your into great home-style eats, have time and don’t care for frills and glamour, this place is for you. Delicious quality food, made on the spot. I had a stuffed shredded chicken arepa with cheese. The arepa was freshly made from scratch, and tasted amazing! I also ordered a shredded beef Venezuelan empanada, which at first I thought was a bit flat looking.. but tasted amazing! Stuffed with just the right amount of beef and the flatness help give it a crunch at the edges. We also ordered the tequenos. I had never had tequenos as cheesy as these in Miami. It was a great first time here! I was serviced by two older individuals who I believe are the owners. You can tell they are proud of the quality of their food. And they were very attentive. Because they don’t have the food laying around preheated already, the cooking takes a few, but it’s well worth it if you have the time. If not make sure to call your order ahead. ”
“ The food is wonderful, specially the empanadas (thin, crispy and flavorful) and the owners are the most attentive and kind people you can find. True Venezuelan example of hard work and dedication. Would definitely recommend. Oh and the hallacas are delicious! ”
“ I've gone twice to this establishment, and I haven't been disappointed. Today, I ordered a cachapa de mano, which was plentiful in cheese. The cheese was thicker than both sides of the corn dough put together. The establishment is a small mom and pop restaurant, go and support them! The owners are very nice people. ”
“ Do yourself a favor and go ! Food is really good ! Everything is really good in this place ! Great service very nice people and the food is the best ! Can’t go wrong with them !
